By accessing or using EPSO EU Testing (the "Service"), operated through eutesting.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is a study tool aimed at candidates of competitions organised by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO). It is not affiliated with EPSO or any institution of the European Union, and is not an official source of EPSO competition material.
Payment processing. All payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) on Stripe's own hosted Checkout and Billing Portal pages. We never see, store or transmit your payment-card details. By starting checkout you accept Stripe's terms of service. We act as merchant of record for the subscription.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel at any time via the Manage subscription link in your account menu (which opens the Stripe Billing Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — premium access remains active until that date. We do not issue refunds (partial-month or otherwise). The subscription is for a continuously delivered digital service that begins immediately at checkout; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current paid period. See §5 below for the EU 14-day withdrawal exception.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price for future billing periods. Active subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect and may cancel before it does.
Failed payments. If a payment fails (e.g., expired card), Stripe will retry automatically over a grace window. If all retries fail, your subscription is automatically marked past_due and premium access is suspended until payment is restored or the subscription is fully cancelled.
Under EU consumer-protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed in Germany as §§ 312g, 355 BGB), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the subscription contract is concluded. To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement using the contact form on the site within 14 days, telling us you want to withdraw.
Important: by clicking "Subscribe" on the Stripe Checkout page and accepting that digital content / online services begin immediately, you expressly consent to the service starting before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; § 356 (4) BGB). The first month of access counts as performance of the service for that month.
In practice this means: if you cancel within 14 days before actually using the premium content, you can request a refund for the first month. If you have actively used the premium content during those 14 days, the contract is treated as performed and no refund is due. Cancellations after the 14-day period take effect at the end of the current billing period under §4 above.

How our questions are produced. Our question bank is developed from a combination of three sources:
Every question, answer and explanation is reviewed by a human editor before being made available. However, despite this review, errors may occur — whether due to AI hallucinations, outdated source material, EU rules changing, or simple human oversight.
EU Testing does not accept liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the questions, marked-correct answers, marked-wrong answers, or explanations. It is the user's responsibility to double-check critical information against official sources before relying on it for the actual EPSO competition.
The Service's content is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and currency, the content:
You are responsible for cross-checking with official EPSO sources, EUR-Lex, and the official websites of the EU institutions before relying on any specific fact.
If you spot a likely error, please use the contact form to let us know — we update content regularly based on user feedback.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service, in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of recruitment opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, intent, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion (see Privacy Policy §10).
We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms, with reasonable notice unless immediate suspension is required to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EU.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
For questions about these Terms, refunds, account issues, or any other matter, use the contact form on the site, or contact us at contact@eutesting.org.
